they start off with a lot of rubber and decent resources only problem is being very close to the war. and due to being isolated from the rest of the world puts you in a good position to do whatever you want 1/3 of the world's resources (or close enough to this because its insane) and 170ish factories. and if you can beat the US the gains are massive. only downside is the war with japan taking some time because invading an island sucks especially when your eco isn't the bestĬanada/mexico will only say they are good because the US is on their borders. they have the most population in the game (i believe 2-3 times more than the soviets) and decent amount of resources. conquering finland, norway and denmark shouldn't pose much problems allowing you to easily build up alot faster than most minor nationsĪny of the two chinas. etc.Ī proper definition of STRONG would be helpful I guess. I am not too sure about what the OP means by " STRONG ".Īn ingame nation can be strong in so many different ways, either by geographical-location, amount of factories, research slots, amount of starting troops. Poland: Strong, but sinc etheir likely enemy is Germany that strength needs significant skill to back it up. Then you can join either the comintern or axis and have a decent effect on the war.ĥ. Turkey: After turning facist or communist you can pretty easily conquer greece with a naval invasion, and you can secure resources from the middle east before WWII starts. Romania: Pretty easy to switch to facist, and since you have a surperior army than your neighbors you can easily crush hungary and yugoslavia before WWII breaks out, then you can join the axis and heavily effect the war.Ģ.
